This department oversees technology-based services for all WestEd users.

If you are unable to locate a service that addresses your needs or need immediate assistance, please call or email the WestEd Support Center directly at 415.615.3264 | 877.937.8338 or supportcenter@wested.org. In the event an agent is unavailable, please leave a voicemail message and an agent will contact you as soon as possible.

You can also submit a general request by selecting "General IT Requests" from the IT service catalog.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 6AM to 5PM PST (excluding WestEd holidays).
