Zoom offers an array of services at different levels of licensing depending on your needs. Large Meeting and Webinar licenses are available, but IT requires notification 3 days before the license needs to be applied in order to ensure license availability. - Zoom Pro licenses are provided to all regular WestEd staff and offer many of the features people associate with webinars.
- Large Meeting licenses are for up to 1,000 participants and can be applied to the host's account the day of the event.
- Webinar licenses are for up to 500 attendees or up to 1,000 attendees and must be applied to the host's account before the event is scheduled, as webinars use different links than meetings. Webinars provide less interaction but more control and are ideal for unidirectional presentations.
