Provide support for future federal opportunities. Assist teams to make bid decisions. Capture management is a business development approach to increase win probability. Aspects of capture management include:

  1. Qualifying business opportunities to inform pursuit decisions (e.g., How strong are our relationships? Do we have the capabilities? What is our estimated revenue?)
  2. Analyzing the competitive landscape to inform refinements to our solutions that neutralize competitors’ strengths
  3. Evaluating potential partner organizations to inform teaming strategy.
